- Blot the affected area with a clean, white cloth for best results.
- Before applying any care product, perform a patch test on a discreet area of the fabric.
- Avoid the use of detergents, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the upholstery.
- Protect your sofa from direct sunlight, which can fade the fabric and weaken the material.
- Keep the furniture away from excessive heat sources, as high temperatures may cause wood to crack and colors to deteriorate.
- Always use placemats, coasters, and hot pads under dishes, beverages, or serve ware to prevent stains and heat marks.
- Avoid placing newspapers or magazines directly on the fabric, as their ink can bleed and leave stains.
- Prevent overspray of aerosols or household chemicals near the upholstery.
- Keep sharp objects away from the sofa - even a small tear in the fabric may be difficult to repair.
The sofa’s structure, along with its foam and cushion materials, is covered under a 1-year warranty. Please note, however, that the fabric or leatherette upholstery is not included in this warranty.
As each sofa is individually crafted to order, we are unable to accept requests for returns once the purchase has been made.
1. We do not offer exchanges or cancellations unless the product was damaged on arrival and we are unable to mend or replace the item.
2. We do not offer refunds for order cancellations.
3. We work with the ethics of high quality that ensure that the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. In case, you receive a damaged product(manufacturing defect), it is kindly requested to bring it to our notice via phone or email within 24 hrs. of receiving the product. Our team will revert within 1-2 working days after assessing the damage and with a solution. We shall not be liable for any trasnsit damage post the stipulated time. We ensure to take necessary corrective measure to solve the problem.
4. Product should be packed properly by the customer for return pickup.
