- If a spill occurs, clean the fabric immediately with water-free fabric. Random cleaning can leave impressions. Use gentle circular strokes.
- Blot with a clean, white cloth.
- Do a 'patch test' over a hidden area before using the care product.
- Do not use detergents or harsh chemicals to clean your upholstery.
- Keep upholstered furniture out of direct sunlight.
- Avoid exposing the furniture to excessive heat or direct sunlight as this can cause cracking of the wood and deterioration of the color.
- Using placemats, hot pads and coasters under the plates, serving dishes and beverages respectively can prevent stains and other damages.
- The Ink from newspapers and magazines tends to bleed onto the fabric and cause stains.
- Avoid overspray of household chemicals near upholstered furniture.
The wood used in the furniture is perfectly seasoned for moisture content and has been treated well against any borers and pests.
2. We do not offer refunds for order cancellations.
3. We work with the ethics of high quality that ensure that the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. In case, you receive a damaged product(manufacturing defect), it is kindly requested to bring it to our notice via phone or email within 24 hrs. of receiving the product. Our team will revert within 1-2 working days after assessing the damage and with a solution. We shall not be liable for any trasnsit damage post the stipulated time. We ensure to take necessary corrective measure to solve the problem.
4. Product should be packed properly by the customer for return pickup.
