1. Avoid silicone-based polishes to preserve the natural beauty of your furniture.
2. Handle with care - never drag pieces across the floor, as this may weaken or damage the joints.
3. Clean gently and regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth to maintain its sheen.
4. Address spills immediately - especially food stains - to prevent permanent marks.
5. Position thoughtfully - keep away from heating or air-conditioning sources to prevent changes in moisture that could affect the wood.
6. Protect from direct sunlight and excessive heat, as overexposure can lead to cracking or fading of the finish.
7. Use coasters, placemats, and hot pads under beverages, plates, and serveware to guard against stains and damage.
8. Avoid contact with printed materials like newspapers or magazines, as ink can bleed into the finish.
9. Do not use abrasives or harsh chemicals on wood surfaces, as these may compromise the finish and texture.
The wood used in the furniture is perfectly seasoned for moisture content and has been treated well against any borers and pests.

3. We work with the ethics of high quality that ensure that the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. In case, you receive a damaged product(manufacturing defect), it is kindly requested to bring it to our notice via phone or email within 24 hrs. of receiving the product. Our team will revert within 1-2 working days after assessing the damage and with a solution. We shall not be liable for any trasnsit damage post the stipulated time. We ensure to take necessary corrective measure to solve the problem.
4. Product should be packed properly by the customer for return pickup.
