  6. Keep the furniture away from excessive heat sources, as high temperatures may cause wood to crack and colors to deteriorate.
  7. Always use placemats, coasters, and hot pads under dishes, beverages, or serve ware to prevent stains and heat marks.
  8. Avoid placing newspapers or magazines directly on the fabric, as their ink can bleed and leave stains.
  9. Prevent overspray of aerosols or household chemicals near the upholstery.
  10. Keep sharp objects away from the sofa - even a small tear in the fabric may be difficult to repair.

The wood used in the furniture is perfectly seasoned for moisture content and has been treated well against any borers and pests

In case, you receive a damaged product(manufacturing defect), it is kindly requested to bring it to our notice via phone or email within 24 hrs. of receiving the product. Our team will revert within 1-2 working days after assessing the damage and with a solution. We shall not be liable for any trasnsit damage post the stipulated time. We ensure to take necessary corrective measure to solve the problem.
4. Product should be packed properly by the customer for return pickup.
